Form is now fixed.

Email address has also been fixed it should read humanresource@bia.com.bn (ie no ’s’ at the end of humanresource).

I should have checked the excel file before uploading it. I just assumed that the file from that was provided by BIA would be working.

I have notified BIA of the problem. Until I get the issue sorted with them, I am advising students to drop them an email expressing interest WITHOUT the form.

There is something wrong with the file. It gets corrupted everytime I tried opening it. Is there any other possible way I can view the application form?
