Dear all,

Many apologies for the lack of information at the moment on the website and on Facebook. Our new Information Secretary is working on the website as there have been several cases of hacking and spam. So keep a lookout for a new and improved secure website to be hosted on a new server.

Just for your information several posts have been made on the forum by students who are coming to the UK. If you can help them out then please reply to them on the forum.

“Hi! I’m new and I have just been awarded the BAS scholarship. It’s sad to know that my allowances don’t cover my accommodation fees at the halls. So, I am now looking for a private house I could live in near the University of Southampton. If anyone has any information please tell me. I would really appreciate that.

“Hi, im a 3rd year medical student from the University of Queensland and im interested in doing my electives over at the UK, so just wondering whether any of u guys can shed any light on that? like which hospital is good for students? im pretty keen on emergency medicine. Im in the process of application to UCL atm, is there any other uni i can try and apply to?”
