BSUnion Hari Raya Celebration 2007
Tickets for BSUnion Hari Raya Aidil Fitri Celebration 1428H/2007M are now out for sale. The event will be held on 27th October 2007 at The Ballroom, The Dorchester, London. Arrivals begin at 10.00am and doors will close at 10.45am. The attire will be traditional/smart.
This year the price of one ticket will be as follows;
Bruneian Students – GBP 7.00
Others – GBP 15.00
The tickets will be sold on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis. Up to three tickets may be purchased by one person. The BSUnion has also set up a number of tickets centres throughout the country to enable everyone to get the tickets nearest to their location. Due to the current postal strikes it has not been possible to mail the tickets to the ticket centres.
The representative in charge of the ticket centre will instead issue you a ticket number which you need to quote when collecting the ticket in Brunei Hall on Friday 26th October 2007 from Shahyzul between 3pm to 6pm or at The Dorchester on the day of the event. In order to pick up your tickets, you must show the appropriate id (IC or passport including student id). So don’t forget to give your proper name to the representative.
Those of you who are not able to travel to the ticket centres may call the representative in charge of that ticket centre and reserve up to three tickets. The representative will then issue you ticket numbers. However, the reservation will only be valid for the day that you reserve the tickets. Payments must be made via internet banking to the respective representative on the same day or else the reservation will be forfeited.
When making a payment via internet banking please insert in the payment description box “Rayaxxx” where xxx is your ticket number eg Raya001. Each ticket number must be paid for separately so that we will have a proper record for the payment of each ticket. For example, if you have bought two tickets you must make two payments of 7 or 15 pounds.

1) LONDON (for A-level students and those in London, Kent, Reading, Oxford; generally South and East England)
2) MANCHESTER (for those in Manchester, Liverpool; generally North-west England including Ireland and Scotland)
3) NEWCASTLE (for those in Newcastle, Leeds, Durham; generally North-east England including Scotland)
4) NOTTINGHAM (for those in Nottingham, Leicester, Loughbrough, Birmingham, Coventry; generally West Midlands)
5) CARDIFF (for those in Wales, Bath, Bristol; generally West/South-west England)
6) BSUNION (if tickets are sold out at your nearest ticket centres, you can purchase it directly from the BSUnion by contacting Syazana -07884237649- However, only a limited number is available)
